1. Purpose
WLOC is an iOS coordinate configuration, map-link parsing, setup-profile generation, and diagnostics companion for lawful development and QA, authorized good-faith security research, personal configuration management, and authorized device testing.
2. Disclaimer
WLOC is intended solely for lawful, authorized testing, good-faith security research, and reproduction of QA scenarios. By using WLOC, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You may test only devices, apps, accounts, networks, services, and environments that you own or are explicitly authorized to test, and only within the scope and duration of that authorization.
- You are solely responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations, platform rules, organizational policies, and third-party terms of service.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the authors and service providers are not liable for misuse, service violations, account bans, data loss, legal consequences, or any other loss or damage arising from your use.
- WLOC and the public wloc.app services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, except warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
- You must not use WLOC to deceive services, bypass rules or security controls, falsify production location data, or access, test, control, or interfere with unauthorized devices, apps, accounts, services, or networks.
Nothing in this disclaimer grants permission to test a third party's assets or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
3. Authorized Use and User Responsibility
By using WLOC, you agree that you will only test devices, apps, accounts, and networks you own or have explicit permission to test. You are responsible for confirming the scope of authorization and for complying with local laws, workplace policies, platform rules, external-tool terms, and third-party service terms.
4. Prohibited Use
You may not use WLOC for fraud, deceiving services, bypassing rules, bypassing attendance or risk-control systems, cheating in games, evading regional or platform restrictions, falsifying production location data, misrepresenting your location to other people, controlling or interfering with unauthorized devices, accounts, apps, services, or networks, or any activity that violates laws or third-party terms.
5. Technical Boundaries
WLOC does not promise to change system GPS, does not include a VPN, does not install system trust materials, and does not bypass iOS permissions. iOS location cache, GPS signal, target-app permissions, system versions, and external setup state may affect results.
6. External Setup Tools
If you choose to use external setup tools, review their security model, permissions, logs, pricing, availability, and privacy policies before use. Their functionality is controlled by their own developers and by your device settings.
7. App Store and Purchases
If WLOC is downloaded from the App Store, Apple processes downloads, purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and taxes under Apple policies. Annual Pro automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. An introductory free trial is available only when the App Store determines that the Apple Account is eligible; when the trial ends, Apple charges the annual price shown on the confirmation sheet unless the subscription is canceled. You can manage or cancel in Apple Account subscription settings. Existing Lifetime Access purchases remain non-expiring and restorable. 8. Service Availability
The public wloc.app Worker provides setup-profile generation, parsing, conversion, and diagnostic APIs. The public service may change, be rate limited, or become temporarily unavailable. The current app does not provide custom service URL switching.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the authors and service providers are not responsible for account suspension or termination, data loss, device or network failures, business interruption, legal consequences, or other harm resulting from misuse or a violation of applicable law, these Terms, or third-party service terms, nor for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use WLOC. You are responsible for validating configuration in lawful, controlled, and authorized environments and for all outcomes of your use. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Provided As Is
WLOC is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to uninterrupted operation, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or compatibility with every iOS version, app, external setup tool, or network environment, except warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
