No. WLOC does not modify iOS system files.
Does WLOC include a VPN?
No. Network-location tests require one compatible third-party client, and WLOC guides you through its setup.
Will every app show the test location?
No. GPS, iOS permissions, cache, account region, and server-side rules can all affect what an app shows.
How do I return to normal location behavior?
Stop any active route, clear the test target, and use diagnostics to confirm that normal behavior has returned.
