Check 01
Documentation · Setup · Evidence · Recovery
From first setup to a documented Restore check.
Follow WLOC Cloud from Profile review and iOS installation through connection checks, the fixed Tokyo Tower diagnostic, evidence review, and Restore.
Static public guidance · Profile download links never appear here
Choose a path
Start with the action in front of you.
The documentation is organized around decisions, not internal service names. Profile installation is the first required manual iOS step.
Install and remove the testing Profile
Review the CA root, IKEv2, and EAP payload; download once in Safari; install in iOS Settings; then keep the removal path close.
Understand what each layer proves
Separate browser intent, control-plane authorization, Gateway readback, device observation, and target-app confirmation.
Review data and recovery boundaries
See what the control plane stores, what never lands, how tenant scope is checked, and why Restore stays reachable.
Resolve compatibility and status questions
Read the limits around GPS hardware, app coverage, Profile payload, device status, billing, deletion, and Restore.
Compare the diagnostic and Pro plan
See fixed targets, usage limits, activity views, checkout authority, availability gates, and the draft refund boundary.
Operational sequence
Every test has a beginning and an exit.
WLOC does not collapse Profile installation, connection, evidence, and recovery into a one-click claim. Each checkpoint produces a different kind of proof.
- 01
Prepare
Sign in, accept the testing policy, declare device ownership, and review the Profile payload.
- 02
Connect
Use Safari, complete iOS Settings installation, enable the configured connection, and return to the dashboard.
- 03
Verify
Run Tokyo Tower and separately check the Gateway label, the iPhone, and the authorized target app.
- 04
Recover
Restore, confirm pass-through evidence, inspect the device and app, then remove or Revoke the Profile when finished.
Before the first session
Prepare the evidence and the recovery path.
A useful test has an authorized device, a bounded target, an explicit observation, and a planned way back to normal behavior.
Check 02
Have Safari and access to Settings → General → VPN & Device Management.
Check 03
Read the Profile payload and removal steps before installing it.
Check 04
Choose an authorized target app and decide what result you will inspect.
Check 05
Treat Gateway target synced and device/app confirmation as different evidence.
Check 06
Plan the final Restore and device-side verification before you begin.
Download credentials only from the authenticated dashboard.
Public documentation never embeds a Profile download URL. Tokens are short-lived and single-use; if a download is interrupted, request a new one instead of reusing an old link. For a question that is not covered here, email support@wloc.appwithout attaching secrets or Profile payloads.
Ready for the first checkpoint
Install deliberately, test narrowly, Restore visibly.
Start with the Profile guide, then use the fixed Tokyo Tower diagnostic to separate setup evidence from the result you observe on the authorized device.
No public Profile links · No device-online shortcut · Restore remains reachable
