How do I access Fitness+ from an unsupported country?

As of 2026, Fitness+ is available in over 20 countries including the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and most of Western Europe. The full list is maintained on Apple's website.

To access Fitness+, you need: an Apple ID registered in a supported country, a compatible Apple Watch (Series 3 or later), an iPhone with the Fitness app, and an active Fitness+ subscription or Apple One Premier plan.

Why the Fitness+ tab disappears
